From the floor heating in the bathroom to the perfectly balanced lighting and seamless technology, everything felt intuitive, modern, and luxurious. You can truly feel the level of care that went into the design. Including the goodie bags with nappies, lotion, slippers and robe for my toddler. The hotel’s location is perfect. Baden-Baden is absolutely magical at this time of year. We’ve visited several major cities during the festive season, but the Christmas decorations here are on another level, elegant, charming, and unforgettable. Staying in a beautiful hotel right in the heart of it all made the experience even more special. Breakfast was exceptional with an impressive selection and even oysters. The service was excellent, the staff were helpful and genuinely welcoming. As a detail lover, I was delighted to see fine bone china Villeroy & Boch dining sets which perfectly reflect the hotel’s high standards. I truly wish I had planned to stay longer here but I will definitely return! Do not hesitate to book, the price point for a stay of this standard is unbeatable."
