Kaplıca kullanım saatleri doğru düşünülmemiş alanları birbirine uyumsuz bir otel . Verdiğimiz paraya asla değmedi .

Umarım geri gelmem

Öncelikle ailemi evlilik yıldönümleri için gönderdim sağolsunlar ilettiğim notu dikkate almışlar. Fakat konamaklamayla ilgili tek iyi şey odanın temizliği ve manzarası oldu. Geri kalan hizmet, kahvaltı, akşam yemeği çok kötü seviyede. Kahvaltı için bir çay bardağı bile yok porselen fincanlarda servis ediyorlar(Çayın memleketi Rizede). Termal havuzun su sıcaklığı düşüktü insanlar normal havuz gibi içerisinde yüzüyorlardı. Özet geçmek gerekirse gecelik ücreti bu kadar yüksek olan bir yerden daha kaliteli bir hizmet beklerdim. Kesinlikle tekrar konaklamayı düşünmüyorum ve önermiyorum. Ek olarak Türkçe konuşan çalışanı resepsiyon dışında bulmanız zor :)

İşçiler çok ilgisizdi.. hijyen çok kötü.. havuz başında çıplak havlusuz şezlonglara oturan bayanlar vardı.. bone takmayan.. saçlarını havuz başında tarayanlar vardı ve bunu takip edecek çalışanlar yoktu.. otelin bayanlar bölümünü havuzunu hiç beğenmedim ışıklandırma yetersız atmosferi çok kötü.. ruhum daraldı resmen.. arkadaşım kese köpük yaptırdı.. 30 dakikalık hizmeti 15 dakikada bitirdiler.. daha önceki gittiğim termal oteller 10 basar bu otele.. paranız varsa daha kaliteli yerlere gidin.. otel tam bir skandal.

It’s good hotel and spa for someone who is looking for relaxation . But they don’t have iron and iron board in the rooms . They don’t allow you to take your water bottle out of the restaurant

Yeşillikler içinde tatlı bir mekan

Konumu itibari ile insana huzur veren bir mekan. Karşılama ve hızlı giriş hizmeti güzel, odaların büyüklüğü ve yatakların temizliği ve rahatlığı oldukça yeterli. Banyo kullanışlı ve yeterli büyüklükte. Odaların ısıtması zayıf, tv'lerde görüntü net değil ve az kanal var ayrıca odalara göre küçük ekran boyutunda. Bazı prizler bozuk, su ısıtıcı otomatik kapanmıyor ve çay içmek için kağıt bardak konulmuş. Banyoda saç kurutmak imkansız hemen duruyor, ayrıca daha düşük yıldızlı otellerde bile malzeler daha çeşitli. Akşam yemeği için alternatif az ve yemekler sıcak değil. Salata menüsü yeterli ama tatlı ve meyva menüsü vasat. Sabah kahvaltı saatinde menü saatinde başlamıyor çay ve süt ılık. Örneğin kahvaltının yarısına geldiğimizfe muhlama ve patates kızartması yeni yapılıyordu. Termal havuz imkanı güzel odalarda bornoz olması hoş ve kullanışlı. Odalarda internet zayıf be kesik kesik çalışıyor.

فندق رائع في موقع رائع

فندق ممتاز واهم شي النزيل في الفندق مفروض يحرص عليه هو ان لا يفوت الاستفادة من نبع المياه الكبريتيه الموجوده في موقع الفندق. وثانياً لابد عند حجز الفندق التأكد من ان يكون الحجز يشمل الفطور مع العشاء “نصف اقامة”

Doğa tatili icin mukemmel. Gürül gürül akan bir suyun yanina ormanin icine yapilmis bir tesis. Konfor yeterli, calişanlar yardimsever, yemek cesitleri bol. Termal suyun biraz daha ilik olmasini tercih ederdim. Suyun sicakligina dayanmakta zorlandim. Genel olarak guzel bir konaklamaydi

حسافه تقطع كل المسافه ونهاية مسبح مياه كبريت

حرام تقطع كل المسافه على مسبح مياه كبريت وبوفيه المطعم كان غير مقبول على سعر الفندق وليس فيه مرفقات وفندق عادي جداً وسعر الغرفه مبالغ فيه
