"Really nice looking hotel with lots of thoughtful complimentary amenities like hair ties, aluminum cans of water, hair treatment, face wash and lotion. Wonderful breakfast with bluefin tuna sashimi. Also great to have a family mart on site. Only drawback is the minimal variations in the breakfast buffet daily so got a bit boring with our 7 nights stay!"

"The room was clean, the hotel was conveniently located (an amusement park right outside, several restaurants on site, Starbucks, 7-Eleven and a main train station within a 3 min walk. The only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 is the hotel itself (while well maintained) is older (carpeted flooring and curtains on the shower)."

"Booked this hotel at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised. Check-in was smooth, the hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious with a large, comfortable bathroom. The location is excellent and very convenient—close to Ginza 6, with a 24-hour 7-Eleven just a 2-minute walk away. The Yūrakuchō Line station is only about a 2-minute walk, and the Ginza Line is around a 6-minute walk. Overall, a clean, comfortable hotel in a fantastic location. Highly recommended! Will definitely book here again when we are back in Tokyo."

"A great hotel to visit. The room, breakfast, building was great. The only thing that bother me is that as a silver member we are allowed free parking and I have to talk to three people to arrange that because parking is really expensive at that hotel. Other than that everything was great."
