"Location"

"I would like to say everything was pretty good in the Prince Sunshine Hotel but, there are a few downsides. The location is very convenient, the hotel connects with the sunshine city mall which is great for shopping and dining. The staff at the front desk lacks training (some of them). The Hotel is super busy, hundreds of guests and the hallways and elevators are mostly everyday packed with people and luggage and children running in the hallways, it becomes noisy and crowded. "The staff here is 100% bilingual and very good about helping foreigners not only book their stays but navigate Japan. No problems at all. The hotel service and room cleaning was impressive and thorough as I've ever seen at a hotel. The only downside I'd say here is the rooms are small. And I think that's more to do with Japanese hotels in this area. I was out and about so much I didn't really notice, but that's a real concern, especially if you're staying with other people.
