A good spot for short stay

A very new property. The rooms are very well appointed. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is a bit out of town, but it’s ok if you have a car.

　スタッフの対応はとても丁寧で柔らかい対応で良かった。 　すぐ近くにコンビニもあり、朝は無料のパン、スープがありました。 　唯一、ちょっと駅が遠い。飲むので基本歩きが多く送迎なんかあるととても有り難いなと思います。

とても清潔な建物で設備も充実しており、ゆっくり休めました。スタッフの方も親切で丁寧です。 同じ建物内にカフェレストランがあり、良心的な価格とやはり親切なスタッフの皆さんのおかげで気持ちよく食事ができました。 強いて不満点をあげれば公共交通の便があまりよくありませんが、レンタカーの人には関係がないですね。 私自身は次回もぜひ宿泊したいです。

宿泊料がお手頃で、施設も綺麗でしたので大変満足です。 駅から遠いので車がない旅行者には移動が厳しいです。周囲には飲食店も(ほぼ)無く、食事はコンビニかホテルの施設を使う形になります。ただ、料金と施設環境を考えたら十二分に許容できる程度と考えます。

外観は普通のビジネスホテルですが室内は清潔で品のある作りでとても良かったです。 忘年会だったので寝るだけでしたが、寝るだけには勿体ないくらいなので今後も伊万里に行った際は利用したいと思います。 周辺施設は目の前にコンビニもあるので申し分ないのですが、中心部から少しだけ離れてるので４にしてるだけで全く不便ではありません。 接客も親切丁寧で気持ちよかったです。 オススメです(^^)

駅まではタクシーで7~800円。となりにセブンイレブンはあるが飲食店は無い。基本的に併設(？)する自動車教習所の合宿所な様子。施設は新しく綺麗。

Not very convenient transportation-wise as it's about a good 20min walk to either Imari or Kawahigashi station and it goes up & down a hill. There seems to be a bus stop close by but buses aren't that dependable. I guess the hotel is more meant for people with cars and for that, there are ample parking spaces right outside. As for convenience in getting necessities, there is a convenience store right across the parking lot, a coin laundry next door and a small restaurant/cafe with decent food right in the building. That way, you don't have to go into the city center every time. Otherwise, the place is clean and staff are friendly. It's a good option to stay.

お風呂が素晴らしい。ジェットバス、しずくが垂れるタイプのシャワー（肩に充てると、肩もみ効果が期待）、など、などがついている。トイレもイナックスの最高級のものがはいっていた。映画も動画が見放題なのがよかった。気になっていた映画をじっくり見ました。唯一の欠点は、お風呂と隣接した洗面所に大きなタオルをひっかけるフックがなかった点。これはすぐに対応をした方がよいかとおもいます。朝食は800円で可もなく不可もなく。全体的には清潔で、デザイン性もあり、いごごちは良い。

スタッフの方がとても親切なので旅が素晴らしいものになりました。

車で九州周遊をしている最中に利用しました。 佐賀県に入り、付近の有田温泉を目的に口コミ評価の高さからこちらに宿泊。 ホテルはシンプルながらも清潔。 お部屋もキレイで使いやすい間取りでした。 今回は夜間到着だったこともあり、 寝るだけになってしまったのですが、 カフェが併設されていたので次回機会があればこちらも利用したいと思いました。 ホテル向かいにセブンイレブンもあるので、 ちょっとした買い物も便利だと思います。 そして何よりもホテルの方々がとても親切！ 毎月半分は出張やプライベートで旅に出ているため、 同価格帯のホテルには相当数お世話になってるのですが、 その中でも群を抜くホスピタリティを感じました。 私自身は、ホテルスタッフの方の印象で滞在地や旅そのものの印象に大きく影響されるタイプなので、 こちらのホテルのホスピタリティに触れ、 このホテルのみならず、伊万里地域や今回の旅自体がすごく素敵なものとなりました。 またホテルに忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、 とても丁寧にそして想像以上の心遣いでご対応いただき、 帰宅して忘れ物を無事受け取った際にも、 改めてこちらのホテルのホスピタリティに感動いたしました。 また機会があれば絶対に泊まりたいですし、 人に勧めたいホテルです。

合宿免許に使用している施設らしく、部屋はコンパクトながら、机は広く取ってある感じでした。アクセスは、伊万里駅から少し遠いですが、いちよ徒歩圏内（15分くらい）です。施設はとても綺麗で、水回りや、シャワーの水圧も申し分有りません。ただし、観光（陶器のお買い物）には、車が必要な場所になります。

良いホテルだが肝心なベッドがＸでした。要改善！

施設も新しく清潔感もあってとても良いホテルでした。ただ少し残念なのがベッド。硬いのが好みならこれでも良いが今時のベッドの様な低反発やエアーベッドなどに見られる快適な安眠系では無い旧式タイプ。ピローも頼りない快適な安眠についてもう少し気を配って貰えたら１００点満点なホテルでした。
