Foi boa, até o dia do checkout. Eu já havia pago o Late Checkout, e durante a tarde fui incomodado, em um momento que não deveria, pelo rapaz da recepção, pra me perguntar se eu queria sair mais tarde e quando ele estava formulando a pergunta, ele viu no sistema que já estava pago!

Assim que chegamos tivemos problemas no chuveiro quente, falamos com um recepcionista chamado Tiago que fez pouco caso e não teve a colaboração de resolver o josso caso. Pela manhã falamos cedo com outro funcionario que resolveu de imediato. Não acreditamos que este seja um caso recorrente dessa marca Ibis, so acho que o funcionário só não estar satisfeito.

Hotel com excelente custo - benefício

Excelente custo benefício comparado a outros hotéis da região: funcionários educados, café da manhã com variedade de alimentos, serviço de lavanderia com preços justos. Como ponto negativo destaco a qualidade dos lençóis, que já se encontram bem gastos e precisando ser substituídos.

PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA

Quarto com cheiro de mofo, mobília mal cuidada, roupa de cama e de banho em péssimo estado, fedidos, lençóis pequenos e sem passar. O edredon (se é que se pode chamar aquilo de edredon) com enchimento esfarelado e embolado. Carpete do corredor sujo e com cheiro muito ruim, ardido (parecendo urina). Café da manhã bom. Já o almoço e jantar servidos pelo sistema self service, estes não vale o que cobram. Apenas dois tipos de salada, um purê de batatas que mais parece um mingau, bife ressecado, sem sabor. Mas o pior mesmo foi o jantar, visivelmente A SOBRA DO ALMOÇO (nem comemos). Enfim, experiência péssima! Não recomendo!
