The kitchen is equipped with fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle.

The residence offers well-kept outdoor areas, a children’s playground and a shared barbecue area: a plus for those who want to enjoy relaxed moments also after the beach. Guests have access to private parking, shared pool, shared laundry room with Washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Pets are not allowed.

For electric vehicle enthusiasts, there is a charging point for electric cars, bikes and scooters in the property's private car park, available for a small additional fee.

Please note that a deposit of EUR 200 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
