In the district of Panegai 4.3 km from the centre of Imperia Oneglia, 7.5 km from the centre of Porto Maurizio, 31 km from the centre of Sanremo, in a secluded, elevated position on a slope, 4.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 3 ha, terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees. 900 m long bumpy, steep motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 3.2 km, bus stop 3.2 km, railway station "Imperia" 3.3 km, sandy beach "Borgo Marina" 6.5 km, rocky beach 4.5 km. Marina 5.5 km.

Wunderschönes Landhaus mit tollem Ausblick
Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Grundsätzlich vorbildliche Sauberkeit. Herrliche Aussicht auf Imperia und das Meer, besonders abends. Liebevoll angelegter Garten, umgeben von Olivenhainen. Solitär gelegen. Natur pur. Eine absolute Ruheoase. WLAN. Keine Klimaanlage. Kein TV oder Radio.Ausstattung im Küchenbereich austausch- und erweiterungbedürftig . Zufahrt schlecht. Richtig schlimm: die Mückenplage! Kein Mittel half. An Draußensitzen war ab Juni nicht mehr zu denken.

Belle maison, très bel emplacement
Belle maison dans un très bel emplacement. Parfait pour des vacances au calme (contre-partie : route difficile pour arriver mais le centre-ville reste accessible en qqs minutes) A. et B., les propriétaires, sont très accueillants.
