BEACH FRONT CONDO! San Diego-Imperial Beach-Coronado DOD, Military Welcome!

"We had an absolutely amazing stay and couldn’t be happier with this condo! The property was spotless from the moment we arrived, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location on the beach was perfect, and the condo itself was gorgeous with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.During our stay, the air conditioning unexpectedly stopped working. While things like that can happen anywhere, what really stood out was how incredible the host was. Within just a few hours, they had portable A/C units delivered to make sure we stayed comfortable for the rest of our trip. They truly went above and beyond. They also checked in with us throughout our stay, communicated quickly, and were incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating.We genuinely have zero complaints and can’t recommend this condo enough. This will absolutely be our yearly San Diego vacation rental. Thank you for such a wonderful experience, we can’t wait to come back!"

"Coming from San Francisco, this was such a warm, welcoming and beautiful apartment that was right at the beach. Everyday we sat in the balcony and warmed up in the sun while listening to waves crashing on the shore. I just did not want to leave. The apartment has everything you could want. We did some grocery shopping and also found nearby joints like Mike Hess Brewery that served amazing Mexican food, drinks including Matcha Latte made with care. The whole neighborhood and community is lovely. Getting to La Jolla, San Diego and Coronado was easy as we rented a car and there was a dedicated parking spot. Bring your own toileteries including shampoo and hair dryer if needed. The beds were comfortable. Overall I would come back every year and stay here."

"Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, and the amenities were excellent. The property was very clean, we loved the pool, and having two designated parking spaces was a huge bonus.We visit Imperial Beach every year, and this was one of our favorite places to stay. The only disappointment was the washer. It had a strong musty odor, so we weren't comfortable using it and ended up taking our clothes to a laundromat instead.Other than that, everything was great, and we would definitely consider staying here again."

"It was clean and quaint. The property was quiet. I wish the air worked and I did tell them that. They also need to add mirrors and a bigger shower. The shower curtain kept clinging onto me . Over all I would come again. They have definitely done alot to beautify the property."

"We had our grandkids visiting from Chicago and they had not been to the beach before. We wanted this to be a special occasion since we don’t see them very often. So, we wanted the beach experience to be memorable. The views were amazing, the property was decorated with a focus on just that with paintings of the sea. The property was updated and felt contemporary. Amazing! We will be back."

"We vacationed as a family with 4 teenagers! There was comfortable space for all bodies. We appreciated the ample bedding, fans and linens to supply all our sleeping, showering and beach time needs. The view on the balcony and out the rear windows was so peaceful and refreshing. I spent every morning outside with my coffee and the sound of the waves. Another treasure of this place was the luxury shower in the master suite! We all enjoyed the extra amenities including the sauna and red light.The owner, Rochelle was incredibly communicative and quick to assist us when we needed help with a few things. Minor issues such as wifi being off, were resolved on the spot. We made use of a few games in the closet and boogie boards and appreciated the generosity of resources!Our stay was lovely and refreshing and we would stay again!"

"The house is beautiful and the views were incredible. We wish the beach access was better as we were afraid the kids were going to fall. Love that we were able to walk to local eateries. This house and location was perfect, if it wasn’t because the water was contaminated the entire experience would have exceeded our expectations. We had to drive 30 minutes away to Mira Mesa beach as it was the closest beach that was not contaminated and we were able to get in the water. If you just like to walk on the beach and enjoy the beautiful views this house is great, Also shout out to the host who was very responsive and accommodating."
