"Overall, I had a good stay and would rate this hotel 4 stars. The room was comfortable, and everything else met expectations. My only complaint was the housekeeping service. After the first night, the room was not cleaned, and I had to request service about five times. The cleaning was finally done the following night. It would definitely improve the experience if housekeeping followed the schedule more consistently. Aside from that issue, the stay was pleasant, and I appreciate the overall quality of the hotel."

Noise: The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Service: The staff member serving breakfast was very rude and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of hygiene and poor service was unacceptable. I won’t be returning."
