This hotel is not in the city center but is walkable to the center in about 20 minutes. The tram stop is in front of the hotel which is a quick option if you don't want to walk. This is a beautiful Villa with a stunning views. Rooms were large and very clean and the location was wonderful. It was close to Florence and ideal for exploring Tuscany. Florence is a beautiful city, but I actually prefer the small towns instead. BEWARE DO NOT DRIVE INTO THE CITY! You will be fined for driving into certain areas in Florence and all around Italy at certain times, do your research before.
