Ideal for up to six guests, it combines traditional Mallorcan rustic charm with all modern comforts, including three double bedrooms with air conditioning, two full bathrooms, a spacious living room with views of the garden and pool, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The estate offers vast grounds for walks among pine and oak trees, with the opportunity to observe a flock of sheep and majestic horses from the neighbouring farm. The exterior features a garden, a swimming pool perfectly integrated into the surroundings, and a porch with a barbecue area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying al fresco dining.

Strategically located, it is less than 30 minutes from the northern beaches, 25 minutes from Palma, and just 2 km from Inca, providing quick access to essential services, restaurants, and supermarkets. Additionally, it is well-equipped for cyclists with dedicated facilities.

The entire property is reserved for the exclusive use of guests, offering total privacy and an environment designed to provide an unforgettable experience in Mallorca.
