Welcome to this beautiful estate with 2 buildings, located in the rural environment of Inca. It offers magnificent views of the countryside and has capacity for 8 people.

The exteriors of this property are dreamlike. It has a 50 m2 salt water pool with a depth ranging from 0.5 m to 2.10 m. This pool has an integrated jacuzzi and an area with a water jet, thanks to which you can relax and disconnect from daily routine and stress. Around the pool there is an outdoor shower and a total of 6 sun loungers where you can rest sunbathing. In the surroundings you will find a large fenced area with fruit trees. On this property you have 2 buildings, the main one and the pool building. In the main building you can enjoy a fantastic 10 x 5 m furnished porch where you can share unforgettable outdoor evenings with your family and friends. Next to the porch there is a large 60 m2 terrace where the youngest members of the house can play safely, although always under adult supervision. The property's fixed barbecue is located in the building situated in the pool area.

The most important thing in this area is the good communication with different places on the island. Just 30 km away you will find the best white sand beaches, Alcudia beach, Muro beach, Formentor beach. Also 35 km away are some of the best stone coves such as Sa Calobra, Cala Tuent and if you like hiking, you will find the Sierra de Tramuntana declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Also travelling with the family, just 25 km away are the water parks of Alcudia, where you can spend a fantastic and fun day.
