"Perfect location steps from Reading Terminal Market and Chinatown. Hotel is well kept, staff is friendly and attentive. Room was perfect for a family with 2 queen beds, pull out sofa and two TVs. Will repeat stay when in town."

"We only booked this hotel because of the “heated pool”. Our son was on spring break and we decided to take him de the Adventure Aquarium and stay in Philly to enjoy the pool at this hotel. The pool was freezing cold! We asked the front desk and they said they had to change the water and they had no idea when the water was going to be warm again. They also forgot to give us our voucher for breakfast, which we paid in advance and we almost had to pay again. "

"Room was very clean which was a huge plus for me. Food at the bar wasn’t anything special so maybe skip that and pick one of the many restaurants local to Philly. My only issue with my stay was the noise at night. The plumbing is EXTREMELY loud when guests flush their toilet to the point it sounds like someone is taking a jackhammer to the floor above. It would be a huge addition if the hotel could provide ear plugs or let guests know so we could’ve prepared properly. Other than that, our stay was great and the location was 1000% the biggest win with this property. "

"We had a great experience at Club Quarters. The room was small, but it had everything we needed and was comfortable. There were plenty of hangers. The bathroom was great. One of the best parts is the lobby, with a lovely skylight overseeing comfortable chairs. There's free coffee, tea, and seltzer, and on a rainy afternoon, we hung out here for a while. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I wished for a grab bar in the shower and another trash can in the room, but other than that, we were satisfied and are planning to return. "

"A very happening place ! Loved the decor everywhere and the hype vibe. The bar by the pool area needs more supplies. The wine offering were scarce . No Sauvignon Blanc , no Prosecco! These are not hard to find items, it's quite disappointing to not be available at such high-end hotel."

"The hotel felt old and dirty. Did not know it was pet friendly until I got there. The rooms smelled like dogs."

"Although it was not the fault of any of your staff, the nights in our room were very disturbing. The street traffic next to our room was extremely loud with emergency vehicles and vehicles with loud mufflers. We did not get sufficient sleep during our stay. Another issue was the bathroom shower which poured out too high a volume of water that the tub was quickly overfilled with water during the shower use. I notified the front desk who said they would send a maintenance person to address the problem. I did not see nor was told that anyone had come to repair the issue.
