"The room had animal hair of some kind inside, which triggered my allergies. The amenities were stocked but the hair conditioner bottle was empty. There are 2 thin blankets covering the beds; when we called and asked for extra blankets we were told there weren’t any more. No apology, no offer of an alternative, just no. There was a sports team staying on our floor and they were screaming in the hallway until well into the night—talking loudly, scaring each other and shrieking—just a poor stay overall. I would have called to complain about the noise, but given the poor response to the blanket request and less than average welcome at check in, I didn’t bother. This was our first time in Philly. What a terrible introduction. "

"Staff was not welcoming. The rooftop has limited hours on the weekend. Coffee not available in the mornings. Didn’t feel like a 4-star experience. Housekeeping was very sweet. "

"The cleaning of the room was terrible. The sofa bed was very dirty. Not enough blankets, no towels for 5 people. Parking not convenient for large cars 6'4" Front desk staff not very friendly. The only star is because of the good location for attractions and places to eat."
