"Room was supposed to be non-smoking but it was obvious that several people had smoked there. Fortunately the staff was very helpful and provided me with a neutralizing spray that did a good job. It took me about five minutes to spray the curtains, floors, beds, bathroom, chair and walls."

"Clean rooms, staff was ready available for extra linens."

"Loved sleeping here! So clean and so nice !!"

"Temperature in room was set to 60 very little lighting in the main room only 1 light at the desk none by the beds. The switch by the door did not operate anything. Breakfast foods only warm and juice was tart maybe to old."

"Requested connecting rooms through the app. Hotel directly to confirm request. When we arrived on site to check in rooms were not connecting. Staff initially attempted to lie to me and told me the rooms were connecting when they clearly would be on opposite side of the hallway. More senior staff was them brought in and simply told me that they did not do as I had requested. No apologies was offered. No assistance was offered."
