    Our 2020 remodeled home is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located just 50 ft from the dunes of the Atlantic Ocean. It is truly a 5 star home. Whether your planning a family vacation, a 'couples week' or just getting away from the cold weather in the winter, you will find that this is the perfect vacation rental. Our beach offers something for everyone. Surf fishing, swimming, surfing, shelling and if you plan your trip between April & October you will be treated to watching giant Loggerhead & Leatherback turtles laying their eggs in the sand dunes every evening. Our shores are the largest egg-laying grounds in the world! Just 1 hour to Disney World & 35 minutes to Kennedy Space Center.

Beautiful, Quiet, beach house.

Loved the master bedroom with sliding glass door to balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Beach was not crowded and very nice. Owner of the property was very accommodating and friendly. Saw a rocket launch right from the back yard!

2nd stay here

We enjoyed our time here again. We stayed back in 2021. This time was just like the last time. You just can’t beat the beach location and access and the convenience to stores and restaurants. This space is perfect for 5-6 adults and it meets our needs. The views are gorgeous and we love the balcony especially at night. Johnny is kind and friendly and easy to communicate with. He always extends an early check in when available. We purchased some beach towels and a couple of boards and left them for the next person. We put a little extra cleaning into the kitchen and the washing machine but overall the place was very clean. Johnny’s price is most reasonable for what you get. Others charge much more so we are grateful for this opportunity to stay on the beach…again. Thank you for another excellent family vacation!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

This townhome is the best setting for the perfect Beach Vacation! The location is perfect. The condo easily accommodated our group of 3 couples, with a bedroom and bathroom for each. We especially enjoyed being just steps from the sand and enjoying the beautiful sunrises in the mornings.

Nice condo in a perfect location directly on the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Bonus was it is turtle nesting season and we saw many turtles coming out to nest when we went on the beach after dark. The owner stopped by to check on us once and was available by phone if we needed anything. It was a great week.

Great Location

Great location to restaurants, grocery stores, and just steps from the beach. We spent a week at this property and it had a great view of the beach from the porch and balcony. The property owner is very attentive and provided recommendations when asked for places to eat and things to see.
