Keep in mind, fellow travelers, this is a fully restored historic hotel and the water in the showers and/or sinks may at times run very hot or very cold but it certainly doesn’t detract from the charm. Take staff advice for dining and activity suggestions. Try doing something or going somewhere new. Enjoy your stay, enjoy the town - both are delightful!"

"The place was clean and what we expected. A remote to operate the fireplace was missing which we emailed property management about. Although they responded, they didn't know how to resolve the issue. I did tell them it was not a big deal and they didn't need to send anyone out. Otherwise, there were no other issues and we enjoyed our stay. "
