Amazing!!!!

This was far and away the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. It was immaculate and had everything needed to keep 5 teenagers happy. The kitchen was fully stocked and the location can’t be beat. We will definitely stay here for all of our Florida trips!!

Perfect in every way

The house was spacious, very clean, well decorated and a joy to stay in. We used the pool daily and rode the bikes. Everything we needed was provided in an organized and gracious manner. Great location, close to the beach with dozens of parks and restaurants. Tied for best vacation stay ever!

Excellent location

We stayed a week during a training camp. The house is super clean and very well stocked with all the essentials plus extras. The hosts replied very quickly anytime I contacted them. There are lots of beaches, restaurants and grocery stores very close by. The yard is beautiful and well kept. We will book this place again next year.

Maine Winter Escape with Friends + Kids

This place was clutch. The setup was perfect for two couples and two kids. The pool was the best part :) Jim was so responsive and they had supplied the house perfectly, we kept saying we felt like we were home. We will want to snag this place maybe when its a little warmer in the future. Thanks again!

Sun and Fun!

What a wonderful, hidden gem! This home was so spacious that we each felt as if we had our own private area, but with multiple common areas to gather in, there were many options for together time as well! My son became quite the dart shark, and we all loved the oversized pool with lush, tropical landscaping! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home !

All around great home

Property is very nice and recently remodeled. Clean, comfortable with lots of amenities. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. We only had 4 in our group but the home will accommodate more. Pool was awesome and we spent a lot of time hanging out there. Having all the linens and towels provided was a real bonus since we flew in from out of state and couldn't bring our own. You won't be disappointed!

Much needed getaway

I grew up going to Melbourne as my parents are from there. We used to stay at my grandparents during the dinner and holidays. Melbourne has always had a very special place in my family’s heart. Now that my grandparents have passed away and their house sold, we were looking for a place close by to start new traditions. The house was perfect. Close to the beach, yet tucked away in a neighborhood. The private pool was nice in the morning with coffee outside. The darts and game area were fun for the adults and entertaining my 12 year old. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and hanging out. Lots of beautiful detail in this cozy Florida home.

STAY HERE!

So much to say! Great place...great location...and great owners! We went to Melbourne, in July for nine days for a softball tournament. Yes it was HOT but the house was our oasis. It is so deceiving, small on the outside but BIG on the inside. Fully stocked big kitchen and 5 minutes from Public or Walmart to keep us stocked. In the garage there were bikes, beach toys (a lot of them) and a BIG cooler! Inside there were a lot of games. I had to order Throw Throw Burrito for when we got home and taught my grand daughter how to play chess. This trip and this house will be remembered forever. All this and less than 1/2 mile from the beach.

Wonderful stay!

This was by far the most relaxing vacation for us! The house is beautifully done, very close to a quiet, clean and beautiful beach. The owners are great and thought of anything and everything that one would need on vacation. The house is so well equipped, fully stacked kitchen, bikes, fishing equipment, boogie boards and beach toys for the kids. Even a wagon to pull all the fun stuff to the beach! We really loved the backyard and the pool! What a dream! We will be back! Thank you so much Terri and Jim!

Great Place!

The house was great and in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Super clean and well stocked. Had a minor issue at check-in with our code not working, but a quick call to Jim and we were good to go. Pros: clean, well-stocked kitchen, AWESOME warm pool, proximity to the beach, games/books/activities if you have kids, lots of seating in the living/dining room Cons: the beds are HARD (we're used to much softer), the sheets were like velcro and stuck to PJs making it hard to roll over and get comfortable, the nonstick pans are very well used and scratched Overall, we had a great little getaway to the beach and really enjoyed this house. If we're back in the area, we'll consider booking again!

Spring Break

This property was the perfect place for our spring break trip. Short drive to cocoa beach and beautiful golf courses Teenagers loved the pool volleyball and lighted pool for night swims. Also felt very comfortable with them walking or riding bikes to the local beach. The house and amenities were 5 stars. We hope to come back soon! Thank you!
