"Was looking out the windows and got dusty all over my shirt from the curtains and they're was the conditioner bottle in the shower was empty. Other than those 2 things everything was great! Loved the room size and style. Needs and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious."

"My first room I was given the toilet was broken and the next room I was given didn't appear very clean. Final room I was given was right across from the elevator and was noisy."

"Our air conditioning was out when we stayed and all they had to help was a fan. The staff was very nice and friendly about the situation, but it was unacceptable that they did not offer us a reduced rate for our 82 degree room we had to sleep in! I think they should do a better job checking to make sure their AC works before booking rooms. The cleaning staff told us this is a recurring complaint at this hotel. Loved the view, but it's not worth sweating all night and having a hard time sleeping! "

"Enjoyed a big room, comfortable bed, and in room coffee. Breakfast was tasty! Walking area for my dog was very close. Staff was very pleasant to work with. Pool is designed more for kids (3 ft) than adults for swimming."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Omni. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing (great for pictures) and very clean. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The food I had at 8 Notch, which is a breakfast/ lunch style restaurant downstairs, was good. I will definitely stay here in the future. "
