Wonderful Family Vacation Spot

We stayed here over our Christmas vacation and it was perfect! The pool is just a block away the house is very cute and modern and we all slept comfortably. It’s close to the Polo Club, short drive to La Quinta for shopping and restaurants. The backyard got sun all day and was wonderful to have our morning coffee outside! Also, tv’s in every room and hosts are wonderful to boot! Highly recommend!

Short trip to the desert for work

Great property, gated neighborhood plenty of security. The host was very communicative. The neighbors seemed friendly. I didn’t have any issues for the trip. Would definitely stay again if available.

Walking distance to festival grounds. If you don’t feel like walking the entire way, some residents offer rides to the main gate in their golf carts for a small fee. Main gate to main stage is about 1.5 miles. Owner was very communicative and helpful. Will stay again next time we go to Stagecoach!

Super clean house. Everything you need was where you'd expect it to be. The host is extremely responsive, like under 5 minutes every time. He's kind and helpful. We rented this house for Coachella and saw a lot of people get scammed. This is a quality property with a good host. Thanks Nathan!

Very clean house, quiet neighborhood, country club amenities.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our month long stay at Nathan’s house in Indio. Nicely decorated, very large main bedroom and bathroom, great backyard and a garage to keep our car cool in the desert heat. Gated community which made us feel safe. Nathan was very helpful and provided quick responses.

Perfect location

This house was wonderful. I usually don't like to stay in this community as we've had issues with other properties in the past, but Nathan was an excellent host. He was quick to respond and very communicative. We did have an issue with the security at the front gate but he was able to clear it up and stay on top of it so it did not become an issue again. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway!!

My sister and I had a wonderful stay while visiting our dad in La Quinta!! Nathan was a great host, he was very responsive to any questions. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated and had all of the comforts of home, plenty of towels, comfy beds, products in the bathroom, etc. The house is in a quiet area and very close to a pool. Great house would certainly stay here again.
