"This property has a very nice pool, rooms are large, but the property overall is showing its age. In addition, the amenities book in our room said "deluxe continental breakfast buffet, complimentary for hotel guests." Instead, the only complimentary breakfast item was a coffee station."

"The room didn’t have a shower curtaun"

"The hotel is decent, but dated. They tried to make it feel fresh. It was 12 midnight when I checked in and they asked if I needed help with my luggage and I said no. What they didn’t tell me is my room was in one of the farthest buildings and on a second floor, with no elevator. I had packed for two trips, so my suitcase was heavy. When I checked out, I called to get help and they said they didn’t have anyone. Then, I got a call back 5 mins later and the manager himself came to help me. The staff was average, but he was extremely friendly and helpful. They didn’t have a sundry store, and the quick serve food was minimal. The coffee was terrible. The gym was great! I would not go out of my way to recommend this hotel. "

"This property is not a real Westin property. It has few amenities. Food not available until 11am. Not the place to stay if you are looking for the conveniences of a hotel. It’s next door to another Westin however we were told it had not associated. Confusing. The rooms are very worn down. Furniture is worn, shower caulk is old. Same price as next door. Would not recommend and also find the listing confusing with another Weston property right next door. "

"The jacuzzi was broken and cold. Tennis courts were not part of the resort and I had to pay resort fees and all i wanted was tennis "

"Our room was clean, but they didn't have coffee, shampoo, conditioner. No fridge, ice, nothing. Our room shook from the dryers downstairs. very noisy. Heard everything outside. "

"The location is good and there are plenty of restaurants and the El Paseo Garden Mall is five minutes away. We were there for the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament and shuttle buses were available to take us to and from the garden. The hotel is older and the shower plumbing was not good. The breakfast was very nice."

"I told them at booking that it was a special occasion and I wanted a nice view. Our room had a view of the wall and stairs. The toilet had poop in it. The amenities were nice, the kitchen area was nice and it was spacious. The pool was nice."
