- Parking for up to 10 vehicles in the driveway. On-site RV parking is available. No street parking.
- Maximum overnight occupancy: 20 guests, including children. Event occupancy is subject to the separate event approval requirements.
- Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM Sunday through Thursday, and 10 PM to 8 AM Friday and Saturday. No outdoor music or loud use of outdoor amenities is allowed during quiet hours. No loud noise at any time. Daytime music must remain within the property; no music during quiet hours.
- Events with up to 100 people require prior contractual approval, a separate event agreement, and a permit. Event fees apply.
- No smoking on the premises.
- The booking guest must be at least 21 years old.
- The booking agreement must be acknowledged and signed within 1 hour of booking and before check-in instructions are provided. ID verification is required. A credit card is required at check-in for incidentals and city or HOA fines and violations.
- Outside vendors and deliveries require prior approval from Luxury Desert Escapes.
- Respect the home and report any damage.
