Enjoy some quality time with your loved ones under the sun by taking a dip in the pool! You can lay down and soak up some sun on any of the four lounge chairs. Cook up a delicious dinner on the 5-burner barbecue grill that runs on natural gas and relish in alfresco dining from the outdoor dining table with room for six. Spark some friendly competition on the bean bag toss game. You can also practice your mixology skills from the BBQ area with counter-height seating for three. Unwind on the outdoor fire pit with seating for six. The outdoor casita fireplace next to it will provide additional heating during chilly nights. Finish the night by indulging in a relaxing soak inside the spa. The outdoor area is incredibly impressive! Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

This vacation home opens to a large living room with a gourmet kitchen. The living room has plenty of room to comfortably lounge in front of a 70-inch Vizio Smart television and a decorative (non-operational) fireplace. Stay cool under the remote-controlled ceiling fan. The casual dining room features a dining table with seating for 8. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a KitchenAid french door refrigerator with dual ice trays. It offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar-height dining with seating for 3. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Master Suite 1 is located to the left of entrance doors and features a King-sized Bed, 50-inch Insignia Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan. The private en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower and his and her vanity sinks.

Suite 2 is located across bedroom 7 and features a King-sized Bed, 55-inch LG Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink. Suite 3 is located to the right of the entrance doors and features a Queen-sized Bed, reach-in closet, and access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Attached Casita Suite 4 is accessible through the front courtyard and features a Full-sized Bed, 43-inch Dynex Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet with access to the front courtyard. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Detached Casita Suite 5 is accessible through the backyard and features two King-sized Beds, 60-inch Vizio Smart television, a switch-controlled ceiling fan, a walk-in closet and a decorative (non-operational) fireplace with access to the back patio. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close, allowing you to head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations quickly.

We use smart home technology to improve your experience. This property has a camera above the front door entrance facing the courtyard and in the side yard facing the garage away from the backyard. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringing upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the devices is prohibited and will result in all guests being evicted without a refund.

Check-In Instructions are emailed once the House Rules Agreement is signed, Guest List Form is submitted and a picture of a Government-Issues Photo Identification (if required by the city or county) is provided and any additional document that the City or County may require to rent.

1. Noise Level: `Quiet Time` in this city is from 10 PM to 8 AM. However, `Quiet Time` in this development is effective 24 hours daily. Loud parties in the home or on the premises are prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. The registered guest/licensee and their guests and visitors agree there will be no disturbance, annoyance, endangerment, or inconvenience to the neighbors. Due to the properties` proximity, using vile or obscene language outdoors is likely to disturb and annoy the neighbors. 2. Parking: Parking is limited to the garage and driveway only. Parking at this house is available for 5 cars maximum, 2 in the garage, 3 in the driveway, and no street parking. Parking vehicles on the street (outside the driveway) are against the HOA rules, and you will be fined and towed, although quick unloading is allowed. All vehicles must be parked parallel, not horizontal, or you will be fined. RV campers and/or tents on the premises or parking area are forbidden, and you will be fined. All fines and/or towing charges are the responsibility of the registered guest. Garage doors are to be closed when not in use.


3. Home Owner Association (HOA): This property is part of a Home Owner`s Association (HOA) with rules and restrictions that all tenants and guests must abide by. Tenants agree to maintain the premises in good order and appearance and abide by the HOA rules.

4. Neighbor Complaints: Actions by Tenants and/or guests that result in neighbor complaints or Police being called to this property will result in a minimum of a $1,000 charge to deal with potential HOA and legal issues & fines, which is payable by the registered guest.

5. Reporting Damage To Agent: The licensee agrees to keep the Property in good condition, and upon Licensee`s check-out, the Property will be left in a good and habitable condition. Any damage to furnishings, fixtures, or furniture or other notable condition found upon check-in will be reported to the Agent within two (2) hours of Occupancy.

6. Damage Policy: Licensee shall be responsible for all damage, breakage, and/or loss to the Property, except for normal wear and tear and unavoidable casualties (as deemed by Agent in its sole discretion) which may result from Licensee`s occupancy. Licensee agrees that all pipes, wires, glass, plumbing, household contents, and other equipment and fixtures will be in the same condition upon check-out as it was at the time of check-in, reasonable wear and tear and damage by unavoidable fire and casualty the only exceptions.
