The Space:

A bright, family-ready home with a private pool and putting green out back. The open living room has plush sofas, a fireplace and a smart TV, the Samsung kitchen has cookware, kid-friendly dishes and a high chair, and there's dining for six.



Primary bedroom: King bed, smart TV, en-suite bath with shower and a Pack 'n Play.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, nightstands and closet.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed, nightstands and closet.

Bedroom 4: Sofa bed and play set.

Bathrooms: the primary en-suite with shower, plus a shared bath with shower-tub combo.

Laundry: washer and dryer.



The backyard has a private pool, a putting green, a BBQ and outdoor dining for 4.



Guest Access:

The entire home and all the outdoor amenities are yours. Entry is keyless, and your code is sent before check-in. There's parking in the driveway and garage.



The Neighborhood:

You're a short drive from Indio's shops, restaurants and attractions, with the privacy of your own backyard. It's a central spot for exploring the Coachella Valley.

Getting Around:

There's plenty of parking in the driveway and garage. A rental car or rideshare is the best way to explore nearby attractions.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

Yes - the home has a private pool for the exclusive use of guests. It can be heated to a maximum of 82°F, which is a comfortable swimming temperature rather than spa-hot.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pool heating is $60 per day, capped at $1,000 per month, and needs at least 24 hours' notice so we can check the system before you arrive. Pets are $150 per animal.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

There is ample parking in the driveway and garage.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Yes - pets are welcome for a $150 fee per animal. We kindly ask that they are kept off the beds and sofas. If pet hair is found on a bed, a $150 additional cleaning fee applies per bed.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - community quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the garden and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.
