Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

Yes - the home has a private pool (5 to 6 feet deep) and a hot tub, both for the exclusive use of guests.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pool heating is $60 per day and needs at least 48 hours' notice so we can check the system before you arrive. Heating the hot tub is complimentary. Pets are charged a per-pet fee.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

The home has parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway only (the garage has been converted into the game room). Street parking is only allowed when the driveway is full, and every vehicle parked on the street must be added to the Terra Lago security safelist. The safelist can only be done one night at a time (it cannot be registered for the full stay), so for multi-night stays our team needs to re-add the vehicle every day. The community limits safelist registrations to 10 per month, so if your group is bringing more than 2 vehicles, please contact us before arrival with each vehicle's make, model, color and license plate. Vehicles parked on the street without being safelisted can result in fines of up to $750 per occurrence, as well as towing, which guests are liable for.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Yes - pets are welcome for a per-pet fee. We kindly ask that they are kept off the beds and sofas. If pet hair is found on a bed, a $150 additional cleaning fee applies per bed.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - community quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. Terra Lago is a residential community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



Please note that we are unable to accept mail or package deliveries at the property.



Pool maintenance visits are on Tuesdays and Fridays, and gardening is Wednesday to Saturday. Both teams access the outdoor areas only and will not disturb your stay.



Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older



The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the garden and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.
