The casual dining area seats six, and the fully-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser. It`s the perfect place to craft your culinary meals, all set against marble countertops and bar-height dining for four. The entire space is infused with lively and fun colors, ensuring your stay is anything but dull. Please note that spices, condiments, and cooking oils are not provided. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. This property has security cameras located above the driveway and on the side of the house facing the street. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringing upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the devices is prohibited and will result in the guest being evicted without a refund. The Licensee will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any returned money.

1. Noise Level: `Quiet Time` in this city is from 10 PM to 8 AM. Loud parties in the home or on the premises are prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. The registered guest/licensee and their guests and visitors agree there will be no disturbance, annoyance, endangerment, or inconvenience to the neighbors. Due to the properties` proximity, using vile or obscene language outdoors is likely to disturb and annoy the neighbors. 2. Parking: Parking is limited to the garage, driveway, and street. Parking at this house is available for 8 cars maximum, 2 in the garage, 4 in the driveway, and 2 on the street. All vehicles must be parked parallel, not horizontally, or you will be fined. RV campers and/or tents on the premises or parking area are forbidden, and you will be fined. All fines and/or towing charges are the responsibility of the registered guest. Garage doors are to be closed when not in use.

3. Neighbor Complaints: Actions by Tenants and/or guests that result in neighbor complaints or Police being called to this property will result in a minimum of a $500 charge to deal with potential HOA and legal issues & fines, which is payable by the registered guest.

4. Reporting Damage To Agent: The licensee agrees to keep the Property in good condition, and upon Licensee`s check-out, the Property will be left in a good and habitable condition. Any damage to furnishings, fixtures, furniture or other notable condition found upon check-in will be reported to the Agent within two (2) hours of Occupancy.

5. Damage Policy: Licensee shall be responsible for all damage, breakage, and/or loss to the Property, except for normal wear and tear and unavoidable casualties (as deemed by the Agent in its sole discretion) which may result from Licensee`s occupancy. Licensee agrees that all pipes, wires, glass, plumbing, household contents, and other equipment and fixtures will be in the same condition upon check-out as it was at the time of check-in, reasonable wear and tear and damage by unavoidable fire and casualty of the only exceptions. The licensee understands that the Property will be inspected before to Licensee`s check-in and upon Licensee`s check-out. You acknowledge any loss and/or damage to the Property that will result in a charge or charges for repair and/or the replacement value.

Licensee hereby confirms that he/she understands these charges may be posted to the credit card on file, or if agent is unable to charge the credit card, he/she will promptly (and in no event more than 10 days) submit the moneys due for full cost of the replacement or repair.
