Contactless, 24/7 Check-In:
For your convenience, we offer a completely contactless check-in experience. You’ll receive a unique front door code 2 days prior to arrival, allowing for secure, easy entry at any time—day or night.

Guest Portal:
Your guest portal puts everything you need in one place, including property details, local things to do, and helpful house instructions. You can also access the front door lock and control the AC thermostats directly inside the portal, making your stay smooth and stress-free.

Management:
Our property is expertly managed by Rather Be Properties, and we’re committed to making your stay enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests. You can easily reach us through the Vrbo app, by phone, or email. For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, ensuring support at any time during your stay.

Family-Friendly:
As parents of young children, we know traveling with little ones can be challenging. To make your stay easier, we provide a Pack ’n Play with crib sheets, along with children’s cups, plates, bowls, and utensils.

Pool Heater & Cleaner
Pool heating is optional and available for $125 per day + tax, due prior to arrival if requested. Pool service occurs Monday and Thursday mornings; the technician may access the backyard via the side gate and will not disturb your stay.

Hot Tub:
The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily activated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours to reach 100–102°F, depending on outdoor temperature. If you’d like it warmed up before arrival, just message us—we’re happy to turn it on for you.

Desert Living:
This is a desert home, and sand can occasionally be carried by the wind. Our pool service works diligently to keep the pool clean, though light sand may be present after windy days.

Gated Neighborhood:
A guard gate controls access to the community. Guest names and license plate numbers are required in advance. Maximum of 3 vehicles.

• Our home is located in a gated community. To ensure smooth entry, we`ll need the names of all guests and your vehicle`s license plate to register with security. Only three vehicles are permitted, and street parking is not allowed.
• The primary renter must be 21 years or older, sign a rental agreement, and provide a valid government-issued photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• No parties or events. Loud music, disruptive gatherings, or excessive vehicles disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited. Per city permitting, the maximum daytime occupancy is 10 guests.
• No tape, adhesive strips, or similar products may be placed on walls or artwork. Confetti is not permitted.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the home, including cigarettes, marijuana, and e-cigarettes. Any additional cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• No pets allowed.
• Children and minors must be supervised by an adult at all times. No minors may be left in the home without an adult present.
• Adults must supervise children in and around the pool at all times.
• No jumping, diving, or rough play in or around the jacuzzi/spa.
• Pool furniture must remain in its designated location. Please do not move chairs or other furniture to the pool`s edge.
• The BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only.
• Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations, including all rules outlined in the City`s Good Neighbor Brochure, which will be provided prior to check-in. Noncompliance may result in eviction by the city without refund.
• Late checkout without prior approval may result in a fee of up to $200.
• Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
