This newly built home on the lake offers an updated backyard with pool/spa, bbq, firepit, outdoor games, and more. The family room has a 75 inch LG TV and 4 full-size arcade machines. The kitchen boasts a pizza oven and new appliances. All bedrooms are furnished with designer furniture, lighting and 55” Samsung TVs. The garage has a new, fast electric vehicle charger!

Additional vehicles will need to be parked outside of the community gates or arrangements to safelist (maximum 1 vehicle per stay) for overnight street parking. Violators will be subject to community and city fines.
