"What a beautiful place with kind, caring staff! I was sick during most of my stay, and they were quite understanding, helpful, and attentive! My bed at Villa Thamburu was the most comfortable out of any place I've stayed during my nine years of traveling abroad. It truly made being sick ok because of the warmth and peaceful environment of my room.

"Die Unterkunft war hervorragend! Sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ruhig, man hat aber alles was man braucht in der Umgebung. Das Frühstück war sehr üppig und wohlschmeckend! Das Hotel ist super!! "

"The staff was unfriendly at check in, which I have never experienced on my trip through Sri Lanka. It was all about charging the credit card as quickly as possible. The rooms need to be renovated, especially the bathroom, looks a bit outdated and not well maintained. "
