"Rooms very dated and sterile looking, not even a picture on the wall, cold room, dim bathroom lighting, no water in the fridge and not even a biscuit with the tea and coffee provided The pool and spa was very un inviting, not what you would expect from a hotel On checking out wee were not even asked if we had a pleasant stay which is common courtesy Breakfast was not memorable, mostly cold and we left ours Staff in the sports bar were nice and helpful"

"Nice big clean room, very uncomfortable bed, no tv in bedroom, the tv in the lounge stopped streaming. Good location, secure parking, but I wouldn’t stay again, my back is killing me."

"Didn't not like the very small room with minimum facilities but very appreciative of the staff who facilitated a change of room. Very friendly and supportive. The restaurant made a mistake on our order but they were also friendly and helpful in fixing it."
