Kaltenhof is a quiet vacation destination where many families spend their vacations. From here, it’s about 700 m to the fine sandy beach at Am Schwarzen Busch.
Grocery stores, a bank, a post office, a pharmacy, and more are located in Kirchdorf (1 km); you can also pick up small items at the Am Schwarzen Busch kiosk. Numerous restaurants and cafes offer culinary delights.
If you’re arriving by bus (Line 230), you can ride as far as Am Schwarzen Busch.
