Nestled in a quiet, heavily wooded Interlochen neighborhood, you'll be delighted with this unique two-story home! Enjoy every imaginable convenience. The chic, playful décor and furnishings will almost make you forget you came Up North to explore all the amazing outdoor natural sites nearby. Speaking of outdoors, there's a fire pit with seating, and a hammock on the 2nd floor balcony. Pups welcome! *ALL guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. License PSTR #25-042

Wonderful little house. Just perfect for a small family of 4 as a rest area during upper Michigan winter adventures. It’s in a really convenient area that’s just far enough from traverse city to be quiet but close enough to get a great me.

The Perfect Holiday Stay

My wife and I spent the week of Thanksgiving at this wonderful cottage. Everything we could need was provided in this clean and charming home. Plenty of places to see during our time there from Traverse City, wineries, lighthouses, and more.

Lovely cabin in the woods!

We had a fantastic stay at Treetop Terrace. It was so clean, had everything we needed and was in a beautiful and quiet wooded neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the 3 outdoor spaces were amazing and well kept. I definitely recommend Treetop!

Beautiful place!

Has all the things you need, coffee maker, soap, great fluffy towels, fire pit (but full disclosure, we didn't use it).. If you're seeing a concert or going to Interlochen,this is the place for you. Eight minute drive. No traffic.If you're looking for somewhere local (a bar) don't know that this works, but if you're looking to chill and party privately - you've found it.

Charming getaway

This home is very inviting and unique. My husband and I, another couple, and two dogs stayed for our anniversary. It was comfortable and had everything we needed to have a relaxing stay. We would defiantly stay hear again as it is perfectly located not to far from Traverse City, the Sleeping Bear Dunes, and the Leelanau peninsula.

Enjoyed early fall hikes in the area, yet only 25 minutes to downtown Traverse City for restaurants, etc. Excellent amenities. Would prefer check-in code a day early since cell phone use often not good in northern Michigan, but worked out okay.

This was a very enjoyable place to stay and perfectly located for us to fish numerous rivers. It is also just a 15 minute drive to visit with my mother in TC. We had some nice weather and got to enjoy sitting around the fire pit. Very pet friendly home which was perfect. Will definitely be an annual for us!!

Perfect stay!

I’m so glad we chose this place. It’s an easy drive to Traverse City while being peaceful and quiet. The decor was super cute, the beds we’re comfortable, and everything was super clean. I appreciated Taylor’s hospitality; we had everything we needed and more. My only regrets are that we couldn’t stay longer and that we didn’t have our dog with us, because it’s a great setup for pets, too.

A dog friendly gem!

Overall this property was awesome! Super dog friendly, clean, stocked, and just a home away from home in northern Michigan. Our only critique would be the bed mattress is different from what we’re used to, and gave some trouble through the night.. BUT Susan & Jimmy are great hosts and couldn’t ask for better! Great location too!

First off, I’ve started many places traveling for work and pleasure. The communication by Taylor has been by far the best! Great little place and very quiet. About 15 minutes from Traverse City, and we also explored many other places such as Sleeping Bear Dunes and the upper coast. Perfect place to stay while exploring. Very clean, and the master bed was extremely comfortable. Appliances were great, the upstairs bathroom I wish I had in my own You have privacy, and it’s beautifully wooded, so it’s not like anyone is on top of you. Nobody was really around, but cars do pass by. Oh, and great fire pit! Thanks again to Taylor for a great stay!

A perfect 2 nights with our friends

When you drive up to the house you know immediately you will be happy. Lots of Trees, a firepit with comfy chairs, and a beautiful kitchen well stocked with tea and coffee. Our friends had to bring their dog and the house with all the pictures on the walls tells you Taylor is a dog lover too. He even had dog dishes waiting for our furry friend. And Decker, who we consider as our nephew, went nuts running around the yard. Taylor will even tell you where to visit for restaurants and trails to walk. The area is very close to small towns and a short drive to Traverse City. The four of us and Decker loved the house and area very much. It was a perfect time.
