"Room was initially clean. Room service never showed up on evening two. Bed were not made, garbage was not dumped. There were no fresh towels and washcloths. We I called for new towels, I was told I had to come and pick them up. When I went to pick them up I was given a couple of mis-matched sets and told they call me when clean towels came out of the dryer. Of course, I never got the call"

"Everything was really nice, however my suggestion would be to change out the flyers and advertisement in the rooms, especially if they have been worn. Another suggestion would be to put a microwave in the rooms."

"With no breakfast, this was a deal breaker! False advertising. I wouldn't have stayed here. Also, Saturday night / Sunday early morning, the hotel guests were very noisy. Around 1-2:30 am there were many young kids in the hall banging on the door of the room next to my room. Disturbed my sleep 😴. The room was clean yet there wasn't any toilet paper. "

"This was a good stay overall. Breakfast was good. Coffee on tap is always a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only gripe I had was on one of the days, the cleaning was subpar. Room was not hoovered and food crumbs were still on the floor. "
