This was a gem of a find! Halls a bit dark and in need of some love, but my room was spacious and spotless with a very comfortable bed and lovely hot showers with great water pressure. Staff were helpful and welcoming. The lobby was lovely, with comfortable couches and chairs and was decorated for the Holidays.

Loved the room, fantastic shower! Bed is extremely comfortable. Staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly to speak with. I am very glad I chose this hotel for my stay in Inverness. Also located in the perfect spot to be close to anything you may want or need within walking distance. All my needs were met within 1-10 minutes of walking. Also very close to the rail station and bus station.

Only 3 blocks from the train station which was very convenient. Only 2 blocks from MacGregor's Pub which is an absolute - must see. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly, polite and helpful.

This breakfast was probably the best deal that we got during our trip to Great Britain. If you pre-pay 10 pounds you get all the food you want, including fresh fruit, two different styles of eggs and an assortment of breads. Everything was fresh and delicious.

If you want to be right in the heart of Inverness this is a great location. No parking, but there's a reasonable car park a short walk away. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff and breakfast was lovely. Great hotel for a great value.

Nice corner room with two beds, ample space for two and mattress is comfortable! Very prime central location, only con was our room wasn’t ready even when it was check-in time. They did offer us a hot drink while we waited and it’s probably because the check out is 12pm. They have a billiards table in the lobby as well. Would recommend!

Nice hotel and a great location. Close to lots of sights and right by the train station. There was still some garbage in the room when we checked in, nothing major but worth mentioning. Breakfast was okay, but not worth the price paid. Only minor gripes would stay here again.

Good location in downtown Inverness. The bed and pillow were a little harder than preferred, but nothing terrible. It was quite loud, but that was to be expected due to the location. Wish there were a fan available since the window could not open unless we wanted to hear the constant noise of the town.

Good location close to both the train and the bus stations. Room was small but adequate. The breakfasts were great with lots of choice both hot & cold but the rest of the menus for lunch & dinner were extremely limited. We ended up going out to eat because they offered such a limited menu

As you enter the Hotel it is a dark dismal reception, on closer inspection the whole setup needs a deep clean and refurbishment. Staff appear disinterested. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but against could do with a paint job. Breakfast was good quality and replenished as needed.

Friendly efficient service. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. No reliable place to park except car park 1/4 mile away. Parking was 15.00 for just over 12 hours. Some water damage in bathroom that needs repair but bathroom was clean. Harder mattresses than I would like.Good value for the price and location near shopping, dinning and train station.
