A very friendly clean accommodation. Myself and my husband arrived early asking if we could leave our luggage somewhere safe.
The landlady said we could leave our luggage behind the reception explaIned they no longer did meals.
That there was a hotel servicing locally sourced rood
The accommodation was clean and thiry
Definitely expected a nicer rom for the cost. The room was clean and had the convenience of a restaurant on site for brekfast. The staff was very friendly.
The location is very nice, nestled amongst beautiful homes with a few cafes and restaurants close by. It's a very walkable location. The room was comfortable, and the jet tub was very appreciated after walking and sightseeing all day. We were greeted by Travek (I may have spelled that wrong), and he was exceptionally helpful and is a true asset to the hotel.

Room was clean and well appointed. Staff were super helpful. BUT I specifically booked because it offered included breakfast but there was no food available at all. We were sent a message ON THE DAY we were arriving (ie after the latest cancellation date) to say there would be no food, but staff could advise places to eat.
It was a very nice place to stay. Quick check in and self checkout. There is a nice parking lot. The room was big and clean. The only thing that could be a problem is that the hotel is not staffed during the morning. There is simply a phone number to call for assistance.
It’s not easy to find a room large enough for four people. Our room was massive. Two twins and a queen. Everything was clean and attractive. The location is lovely in a quiet neighborhood that makes for an enjoyable walk to the high street shops
Overall this was fine for our single night stay in Inverness. Beds were comfortable and it met our needs, but the cleanliness could have been better. Not a terrible walk from the city center, but if you’re planning to stay more than one night in a row I’d suggest somewhere else. For the price, though, it worked for what we needed.
The hotel was clean, comfortable and well priced for a short stay. It felt like there was a lack of staff with one man appearing to do everything, he was very helpful but could do with more people to help. We needed more shower gel as there was none on arrival and we were told housekeeping would replace it, but they didn’t enter our room at all and indeed the only time we saw any other member of staff, was when our door was being rattled bang on check out time. Overall, a pleasant stay but things could have been better

Perfect location, large rooms, lovely, convenient location & wonderful staff.
The hotel itself was good for the money. Jason was super friendly but due to the accident in room 19 was the only staff member available which led to the theft of toilet roll. Trash was never taken out. TV did not work. Had to hunt down towels. No restaurant on premises although there are many signs that say there is. Highly recommend.
I had a wonderful stay at the Crown Court Hotel & Bar. Felt very welcome. Very friendly and helpful staff. I asked for a quiet room, which I got. Good bed, duvet and pillows, very quiet, so slept like a baby all nights. Love when I can have a cold bedroom and a warm bathroom - here very possible.
Great location. Approx 11 minutes walk to down Inverness, 9 minutes walk to the Castle. Bus no 5A and 5C stops around the corner. Both these busses go both to the city centre and the shopping centers just outside.
They didn’t serve breakfast or any food, but there’s a mini-fridge and a kettle in the room, and 4-5 minutes walk down the road to places to eat.
Happy to stay here again if I’m in Inverness. Can highly recommend this place.
