"The room was very well-kept and bathroom was spotless. Towels, robes and toiletries were abundant. I would have probably given a perfect 5-star rating if there was a microwave oven in the room and if they had more efficient washers and dryers. Overall, my stay was fun and relaxing. I’d definitely recommend staying in this hotel."

"Great hotel, excellent facilities. Clean comfortable room. One star removed for the check-in process, we queued for over an hour. Some families with babies and young children waited even longer. Overall a good quality hotel, excellent value and very convenient for the Disney parks."

"Our stay in Tokyo was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The location was incredibly convenient, the property was beautiful and well maintained, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire stay. Traveling with my daughter made convenience especially important, and this hotel made everything so easy. We loved being so close to Tokyo Disney Resort, while still having a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after long days of exploring. Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the views were an added bonus. Every detail made the stay feel special. The service was truly outstanding, and we felt taken care of from check-in through check-out. This was our first trip to Tokyo, and staying here made the experience even more memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo—especially families visiting Disney Resort. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
