Room waa clean with fridge, microwave and coffee, lots of pillows, and very comfortable. Will definitely stay there on our next trip to Waverly. Also, made sure even though they were fullly booked, cleaning staff would have a room ready for early check in and they did. "

What truly stood out was how accommodating the host was when a blizzard rolled into town during our stay. She was quick to respond to our questions, flexible with our needs, and made sure we felt taken care of despite the stormy conditions.It gave us such peace of mind knowing we were in a safe, well-maintained place with a host who genuinely cared about her guests. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Especially if Iowa weather decides to put on a show!"
