"The room was surprisingly spacious and we loved the ambiance of the hotel. The staff was very helpful. The location was also great and so was the fact that they had a few onsite parking spaces, which are hard to find in that area. They were first come/first serve but we were able to get a spot 2 of our 3 nights there. It was a great homebase to travel to the Dingle Peninsula and Ring of Kerry, but we also just loved Killarney so much. We also enjoyed the entertainment at their bar, The Danny Mann Pub. I was expecting it to be noisy based on other reviewers' comments but we didn't have any issues with noise. I'm not sure if that was due to the location of our room or good timing/less people. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience."

"We (my husband, daughter and I) had a wonderful stay at Brook Manor Hotel in Tralee! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Sandra is simply amazing; such a caring, warm, and beautiful soul. Her kindness and genuine hospitality made our experience even more special. She is truly a gem! The hotel is lovely, exceptionally clean, and so well maintained. Every detail reflects the care and attention put into making guests feel comfortable. The rooms are spotless, and the entire property has such a welcoming and charming atmosphere. The staff deserves special recognition as well. Everyone was incredibly polite, gentle, friendly, and attentive. Sandra's kindness and willingness to help made us feel right at home throughout our stay. Another highlight was the amazing breakfast! Everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The perfect way to start our day. We also really appreciated the convenient and readily available parking, which made everything so much easier and stress-free. Brook Manor is a truly lovely place, and the exceptional hospitality makes it even more special. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tralee and would happily stay here again. Thank you, Sandra, and the entire team, for making our stay so memorable! ❤️"

"A very pleasant stay. Despite being an older hotel in Killarney it has been upgraded and redecorated recently and the management and staff ensure an excellent service. The facilities are great and not overly busy. I would suggest adult traveller to use the pool early in the morning as it also family friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay."
