Mayra at the front desk was particularly dismissive and unhelpful when we raised concerns. While the hotel itself is nice, the food was overpriced and lacked authentic Mexican flavor. We stayed in the Four Islands room, which had a terrible, pungent sewer smell that made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the property has potential, but the service and maintenance issues significantly impacted our experience."
