I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The check-in process was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested.
The room was nothing like the photos online.
To make things worse, the noise level was unbearable. Whether it was loud guests in the hallways or outside traffic, there was no way to get a peaceful night’s rest.
The breakfast was another disappointment—stale food, limited options.For the price I paid, I expected much better quality.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are far better options available at the same price, and I regret booking my stay here.
