Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Complete disaster

The facility claimed to have no knowledge of any reservations and refused to honor the confirmation and payments. Had to make alternate arrangements This goes for Hotels.com as well,not to deal with unreliable establishments.
