Great sunsets and sunrises, very quiet. Night sky perfect for skygazing. Swim and snorkel in shallow water. Available immediately through December 28, 2023. Launch a small boat right there. Kiteboard right off the beach! Quiet lane, great neighbors. Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping. New refrigerator with icemaker, central air conditioning, new 58” TV, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, covered parking. Covered patio with furniture. No pets. Available OCTOBER 1 through DECEMBER 28, 2023 and April 1, 2024 through December 28, 2024.
