"Service in the dining areas was poor. I needed to ask for things like water and coffee two or three times before receiving the items. Most of the food was good however I ordered a bread plate - the sliced bread was dried out and the butter was hard as a rock - was very disappointing."

"Brand new, exceptionally clean pod with amazing pull down bed. Well stocked with tea facilities and toilet rolls.We booked the pod for our Son as our local accommodation wasnt big enough.
