Awesome Wild Dunes Home -Just Steps to the Beach - Free WiFi

Beautifully decorated home in the highly desired Pelican Bay community of Wild Dunes. Just across the street from the beach, with a relaxing community pool. Master bedroom has a King bed and full bath. The upstairs bedrooms share a full hall bath and one has a queen bed and the other two twins as well as a private balcony. Enjoy a relaxing view of the amazing sunsets as you overlook the large lagoon in the back of the house. You might even get a glimpse of 'Allie' the neighborhood alligator sunning herself on the edge of the lagoon. If you are an early riser you can enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise as you rock on the front porch.

Located just a 20 minute drive from historic Charleston, there are numerous sites to see and places to shop. Within 5 miles there are over 15 restaurants, 7 golf courses, 3 marinas and several parks. Enjoy golf, tennis, nature adventures, boating, water sports and deep sea or in shore fishing. You may prefer a relaxing day at the spa or just sunning on the beach. Wild Dunes has daily activities for both adults and children. Rent a bike or bring your own and enjoy miles of scenic trails.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION

Weekly rentals only from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Cleaning fee for 3 nights or less. Monthly winter rental available.
Our cleaning service uses hospital grade disinfectants after each rental to protect our guests. Our pillows and mattresses have been treated with Microban antimicrobial.

Perfect Girl’s Getaway

When 4 friends who have known each other for 40 years get together, you need just the right house. This place fit us perfectly! Coffee on the screened porch, a short walk to the beach and only 30 minutes to Charleston - all awesome. Having that 1/2 bath was a great bonus! We are already talking about coming back.

This place was perfect. Plenty of things to do. The tennis and golf facilities are close and so is the beach. The house has plenty of room for everyone to space out. It was clean and had everything that we needed. I would definitely recommend and we will be back in the future.

Awesome week at Pelican Bay

My entire family (3 children 10, 7 & 4 plus 2 grandparents) enjoyed our stay so much that we hope to return in the future for longer! The house had everything we needed! Loved the porch out back. Amazing Beach House

This property is even better in person! Beautiful views, quiet neighborhood & beach access is close by. The house itself is in great condition with a lot of amenities. Everything you could want or need is already there (washer/dryer/beach gear/etc.). The layout was perfect for 5 adults & we could have comfortably fit 1-2 more. The Property Manager made check in/check out smooth & easy. We will definitely be back!!

We stayed here off and on for 5 weeks. Home was in a great location (gated community) really close to the beach and the small community pool. Each day we were visited by an alligator in the back yard. House had three great bedrooms with plenty of space for the visitors. Owner was very helpfull. We would easily go again. Thanks Jim!
