Beach Bungalow With Pool, Walking Distance to Beach

Welcome to the Beach Chair Bungalow!! This well kept three bedroom/two bath home features a pool (Non-Heated), screen porch, full kitchen, washer/dryer, master bedroom with private bath and comes fully stocked including kitchen ware, a gas grill, comforters, linens, starter toiletries (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent) and towels. The home is cleaned thoroughly between each guest, has comfortable furniture, and has top notch finishes throughout. In addition to the large bed in each room there is also a pull out sofa in the sun room.
Enjoy a short walk to the beach, rent a golf cart and load up your beach gear, or just hangout at the pool for a lazy day! The Beach Chair Bungalow is near the center of Isle of Palms where you can find a grocery store, gas station, restaurants, shops, the Isle of Palms rec center, the Isle of Palms County Park, and beach bars.
Isle of Palms is approximately 25 minutes away from downtown Charleston which is famous for its shopping and history, particularly on King and Market Street. Isle of Palms has year round activities including kayaking, award winning golf courses, paddleboarding, and more. The Beach Chair Bungalow is managed by a local vacation rental company on Isle of Palms that has been giving guests the best vacation rentals for over 10 years. Our company prides itself on making guests feel at home and comfortable while on vacation. For additional information or specific questions, please put in an inquiry for your desired dates.

Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel and hand towel per guest the home sleeps. We do not provide beach towels or chairs.

Great Property!

Had everything we needed to have a very enjoyable time! Well stocked kitchen, lots of room, great seating areas for our party of 7 to watch tv, play games, dine and relax. the pool was wonderful and the property is a 2block walk to the beach. Had a thoroughly enjoyable time there!

Check in was easy, property was clean, listing was accurate as portrayed. The pool was beautiful and enjoyed by all (my kid made me get in at 830 AM). There were a few extremely minor cosmetic issues that are to be expected with any rental, but they did not hamper our stay in any way. 4.8 stars would stay again!

Long Weekend Away

Great place for our group of 6 adults. Clean, comfortable, well stocked, and very convenient location. Pool was nice! Bonus points for the house holding strong during Hurricane Helene! We enjoyed our short trip and would definitely consider this house in the future. Communication with Robert was great. No issues. Thanks for letting us enjoy this property!

Good location

Loved that it was only a few blocks from the beach, less than 5 minutes to walk there. Great beach. Lots of space in the rooms and storage for unpacking. I liked that they provided a lot of dishwear, so we could cook whatever we wanted. Felt like home in that aspect. Wish they had beach towels, for those traveling by plane, being a beach house and all, but glad I asked that before we left, so we had them. Loved having the pool! Worth it!

An Absolute Treasure

We absolutely loved the beach bungalow! Everything was readily available all the way down to the spices in the cabinets. We enjoyed the home so much with the pool; we never made it to the beach. My son complained the pool was too cold but still enjoyed it. The host responded to all questions I had at an ample time and check in was easy as well as checking out! Book the Beach Bungalow you won’t regret it!!

Fantastic Stay

We stayed in Isle of Palms for 5 nights and booked this house at the last minute and we were so glad we did! The house was well stocked, spotlessly cleaned, and in a perfect location. It is a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. The back yard and pool area were very private and a great way to unwind after a day in the heat at the beach. Communication with the agent was spot on. We had one minor issue with the hot water which was immediately addressed and fixed. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Relaxing and amazing!

My family absolutely loved this cute little house! The beds were all comfortable, there was plenty of space to hangout, and of course the pool was amazing! Everything you need in the kitchen is provided and the washer and dryer was great when you have a family of 5. You can walk to the beach. It isn’t too far but not like across the street. W we noted fireworks on the beach for 4th of July. We were visiting for a Nationals Dance competition in Charleston so we wanted to be able to relax on our days off and that we did! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Excellent Time for two families!

We stayed here as a group of two families in mid April. We had a 2.5 year old and a 9 month old plus 4 adults. Overall, the house was great. Perfect size for us, in great shape and pretty clean. The front porch is very nice and the pool area is well kept. We walked to the beach most days, which is 5-10 minutes away, and the beach entrance is actually a block north, not on the same street as the house. The pool looked inviting, but it is not heated and was a bit too cold for us, which was disappointing. Charleston is also a quick drive, maybe 25-30 minutes. Sullivan’s Island and Mount Pleasant are also short drives and have some great restaurants and shopping. We only had one complaint. On Monday, around midday, the landscapers arrived. They were there for at least an hour or two with leaf blowers corralling the little things that drop from the trees. It created a lot fo noise and dust and we could not sit outside while they were there. Additionally, we had two kids trying to nap through all of that noise. I wish that we were notified that this would occur. The pool man on the other hand, was fantastic, In and out in no time and left the pool looking great. Overall, loved our time there and would consider a return trip again. Property manager was also great and responsive.

Owner communicated instructions well and everything was as described. The house was nice with plenty of room. All appliances worked properly (didn't use toasters or oven), however the grill could use updating. The only malfunction was getting hot water to the jacuzzi- got hot, then didn't.. idk. The pool had a (musty?) smell, but looked and felt clean. It was cool during our stay, but we enjoyed it. The wife and I enjoyed the front porch most - having a few late nite drinks and watching the summer storms roll thru with plenty of noise from a plethora of animals who were clearly unaware of the 10pm noise ordinance. The beach was the best part. A five minutes walk at midnight to see speedster crabs and storms over the ocean will be a great memory. And then plenty of easy parking for long days on the beach. We had a blast there. BUT I would highly recommend booking a golf cart when you book as every rental place was sold out, and you could ride those to the store, boulevard and beach.... The neighbors were very quiet and disinterested, so we weren't bothered at any point by anyone. All N all it was a great vacation! I would recommend this place to anyone. (Unfortunately I didn't take a lot of photos without people in them...)
