Bright & beautiful oceanfront condo on the third floor with private balcony and spectacular ocean views. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, crisp white cabinetry, both a standard & Keurig coffee maker, full-size stainless-steel appliances, and new flooring throughout the entire condo. The shower includes modern mosaic tiling and a rain shower head. Private access to beach/fishing pier/community pool/complex laundry facility.

Bedroom #1: Queen bed and mounted flat-screen TV.

Bed #2: Sofa bed located in living room with 55" wall mounted Roku Smart TV (with HD service) and DVD player.

Beautiful and convenient location! It was exactly as described. We had a great time. Check-in and check-out was easy and convenient. Would definitely recommend. Do keep in mind that this is 3rd floor and there is no elevator if someone in your party is limited in managing steps.

We came for a family wedding. Beachfront property was great! Great views, great pool and great access to restaurants and bars. Would suggest stocking beachtowels along with the assortment of great neachtoys!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at 311A. The only problem we encountered is that there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and 2 opened beer bottles under the bunk bed. The location is great for walking any to shops and restaurants. The private pier was great for watching the sun rise, and the private beach access was great, too.

So it was just as easy dinning in as it was eating out. The view from the balcony was amazing. All in all I would not only recommend this Cabin but look forward to staying in it again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at similar condos for years now, and this was one of the best. We cook all our meals in the condo, and the kitchen was well-equipped to do so. The condo had nice beach chairs included as well. The one down side was there was not much sun on the deck--all morning/early afternoon it is blocked by the roof and then in the late afternoon it is just there for a few hours before it goes down again. If you like to sit on the deck in the sun, this is not the unit for you. Otherwise, it was great!

I don't know if I will stay here again for that reason. I don't want on 1st floor because you have no ocean view.
