"Perfect place to stay for a long weekend. Clean rooms, well equipped kitchen Nice ocean view and easy beach access. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Host Tom is very easy to reach and communicate with. Will definitely stay at this unit again. Picture is view from porch of sun rise."

"Susan is AMAZING host! The listing is exactly how she describes. There isn’t updated appliances or granite counters, but a cozy little beach condo in a perfect location. I couldn’t have asked for better communication. Susan was by far an amazing host. She did a check in mid week to ensure we had settled in and enjoying our time."

"All of our members thought that the house was beautiful. The owner and agent were very responsive whenever I had a question. The house was well-stocked but I have two suggestions:The Teflon-lined cookware is about ready for replacement because the surfaces are worn and not be safe for cooking/eating.We are a group of 15 women and to have one washcloth each was not adequate in our estimation. Our weekend was rained-out unfortunately, but had it been sunny we would have been out of luck for towels for the pool, or the beach.We didn't use the pool or grill so I can't report on those but they were there and would've been great to use.Two of our members have handicaps and the use of the chairlift was great. Also, there was an additional refrigerator in the garage. Overall, we give the property five stars because the owner was responsive, the property was stunning, and you could tell that the owner was thoughtful in providing the things most people would need. Thank you for making our stay most enjoyable."

"We rented the home for a long weekend fishing trip. The house was perfect! Very clean and updated. Plenty of room and privacy for the 3 of us. The home certainly is large enough for a large family or group. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. The dock system was great and accommodated our 21 foot center console perfectly. Cleaning station with water was a luxury. Would stay here again. I would give it 5 stars across the board!!"
