The Space:
BEDROOMS
Each of the seven bedrooms comes with its own en-suite bath and smart TV, so everyone gets their own private space. Throughout the home, the baths feel like a day at the spa, with warm tile floors underfoot, heated towel racks, smart bidet toilets with heated seats and heated benches in each walk-in shower.

✹Lowcountry Luxe (First Floor): Inspired by Lowcountry charm, this king room features lush blue-green botanical wallpaper and a marble-look walk-in shower with a heated bench.
✹Passiflora Paradise (First Floor): Bright and breezy, this room offers two queen beds with white headboards set against floral wallpaper, plus a seafoam tile walk-in shower with a heated bench.
✹Starry Skies Bunk Room (First Floor): Built for the younger crew, this bunk room sleeps 5 with two twin-over-twin bunks and a twin trundle, along with patterned wallpaper, blue trim and a tub and shower combo.
✹Royal Palm (First Floor): Escape to the tropics in this king room with a wicker bed and green palm-leaf wallpaper. The bath has playful green tile, a checkerboard floor and a glass shower.
✹Sunrise Surfer (First Floor): Fun and full of color, this room features two rattan queen beds, sunny yellow and blue wallpaper, a double vanity and a shell-pattern tile shower.
✹Isle Oasis (First Floor): True to its name, this peaceful king room is accented by a soothing blue wall, with a white marble-look shower and polished brass fixtures.
✹Ocean Palms (Primary Suite, Third Floor): Set on the top floor, this king suite is the home’s crown jewel, featuring blue palm wallpaper, walk-in closets and a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Relax in the spa bath with a double vanity and a jetted chromotherapy soaking tub.

KITCHEN AND DINING
This chef-ready kitchen makes cooking for a crowd a breeze. The center island features an induction cooktop and counter seating for 4, surrounded by a side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water, a double wall oven, a microwave drawer, a dishwasher and a disposal. Mornings start right at the coffee station, complete with a touchscreen Philips espresso machine, a Keurig K-Duo that brews by the cup or the pot, and a milk frother for café-style drinks. You’ll find everything you need to cook, from a full cookware set and 20-piece knife block to a slow cooker, food storage containers and ample dinnerware, including kid-friendly sets. Share family-style dinners at the dining table for 12, or enjoy a quick breakfast at the round table nearby.

LIVING AND ENTERTAINMENT
The living room is made for relaxing together, with a roomy 9-piece sectional facing a 75" smart TV above the fireplace and a Sonos soundbar and sub for theater-quality sound. Right next door, the game room and lounge is perfect for a little friendly competition at the pool table, with two velvet sofas and a wet bar close at hand. Set the mood anywhere in the house or out on the pool deck with Sonos speakers, all controlled from one iPad.

POOL DECK
Just steps from the living area, the pool deck is your private oasis. Take a dip in the heated saltwater pool, then sink into the 8-person hot tub with 49 jets, a cascading waterfall and LED lighting for nighttime soaks. Lounge the afternoon away on the travertine deck with sun loungers and two outdoor dining sets, and keep refreshments within reach at the pool bar with its own sink and undercounter fridge. A half bath just off the deck keeps the fun outside.

BEACH AND PARKING
The beach is only a 4-minute walk from the front door. Grab the provided beach chairs and oversized Turkish beach towels on your way out, and rinse off at the outdoor shower when you return. There’s parking for up to 8 vehicles, with 4 spaces in the garage and 4 in the driveway.

Other Things to Note:
✹ POOL: All guests (or other individuals who use the pool by invitation of the guests) are expressly using the pool at their own risk and accept all responsibility for such use. Neither Curated Vacation Properties nor the property owner shall be held liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the use of the pool or adjacent poolside areas.

-This is a non-smoking property.
-The home does have an elevator for guest use for an additional fee of $150.00. Must have permission to access it in advance.
-There are outdoor security cameras
-This house is not a party house and events are not allowed. We want you to enjoy your visit and have a good time, but please be mindful of your noise level and occupancy allowances. Isle of Palms has a noise ordinance from 10PM to 10AM. No more than 21 adults should be occupying the home.

Also, please be respectful of the property furnishings, amenities, and neighboring homes. Please refrain from hanging decorations on walls and surfaces. If policies are not adhered to, fines up to $500 may be issued or guests may be asked to vacate the home.

Regarding Pool Heating: In the event of unseasonably freezing or cold weather, it is possible that pool heating may not be operable or available, as heating temperatures typically only reach 10-15 degrees higher than current outside temps and may still not be warm enough to enjoy.
