Oceanview 3 bedroom, 3 bath, townhouse style elevated condo is perfectly situated in one of Wild Dunes most desirable locations. The outdoor community pool (April-end of October, not heated or cooled), lush tropical surroundings, and the ocean are within direct view of your porch.

The spacious and comfortable screen porch overlooks the beautiful pool area located directly behind the unit with direct access to the beach! Open concept kitchen/dining/living space, featuring wood pine flooring. The bathrooms boast granite countertops, and tiled floors. The bedrooms are carpeted (brand new carpet and paint 2024), and each have access to their own bath! Come enjoy island living at its best! Wireless internet & Linens Included. No smoking or pets permitted. No elevator in the Beach Club Villa Community. First level is ground level, the living space starts on 2nd level (stairs to access front entry)

Bedroom 2: King bed; Full private bath with shower; Flat screen Smart TV (YouTube TV streaming package); Private uncovered balcony facing ocean and pool.

**Please note that this property does not have access to the Wild Dunes pool or Gym - only the Beach Club Villa pool (seasonal April -end of October)**
