This beautiful tri-level townhome features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and is located within the popular Fairway Dunes Community of Wild Dunes. This villa is outfitted with your comfort in mind, boasting two bedrooms each with a King bed and bathroom-perfect for a small group or couples' getaway. Need extra space for a couple little ones? The living room sofa pulls out into a sleeper,
Guests will love the convenient location across from the Fairway Dunes community pool (open April–end of September) and year-round community tennis/pickleball courts (please bring your own equipment). The nearest beach access is just a short bike ride, or approximate 6-minute walk to the end of Fairway Dunes Lane.
The deck offers a shaded view of a Fairway along the newly designed Links Golf Course, along with comfortable conversational seating.
